Revive Meditation Series I
Whether you are an experienced meditator or just a beginner, this 12 week course will help expand your knowledge of meditation, practice different techniques, and find out what really works for you, as well as encouraging you to be consistent with your meditation.
This series has been inspired by the two dozen regular meditators from our patient community that meditated every day for 64 days when the world shut down for the pandemic. We laughed, cried and meditated our way through the weeks and experimented with all sorts of meditations and materials. This course will build on that but will also be totally suitable for those with limited meditation experience.
Each session will start with a presentation about meditation and the technique or meditation that we will be practicing for the week. Both the science and the philosophy of meditation approaches will be discussed. Discussion and questions are encouraged!
The session will include a guided version of the technique to practice with during the week. The presentation and the meditation will be recorded and posted for the week's practice.
